Ordering

Where can I find your products in stores?

You can either purchase our Farmhouse Candle Company products online or at various retailers listed under the "Where to Buy" link at the bottom of the page.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If there are issues with scent(s) and/or damaged packaging, we are happy to make exchanges for you.  

If you decide you do not want your order, we will provide a full refund for unlit candles only.  Please contact us for a return authorization.  

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers and compare shipping rates.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order and are preparing to hand-pour your items. Typical time from pouring to shipping is 4-5 business days. This does not include transit time once your order is shipped.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship overseas?

No we only ship within the contiguous United States.
